sperm is sperm so yes even if you do the "pull out method" you can stiil get sperm in you with precum so you can still get pregnant.

Yes ma'am it can. If you are trying to get pregnant then just know that pre-*** is the exact same thing as regular ejaculation. If you aren't, be sure you use a condom during the whole act of sex.
