It said that i have won 1 Million pounds and they r asking me to pay for shipping which is 485pounds. If this is fake, whom do i report this to, so that others wont me mis leaded.

It is fake. There is no one to really report it to. Simply do not send anything to them. Why would you have to pay "shipping" charges for I million pounds. It isn't like they're sending you cash. If it was legitimate, you would have purchased a ticket, your winning numbers would have been announced on T.V. or in the newspapers, and there would be a real location for you to redeem your prize, without "shipping charges".

Did you enter this lottery? Have you checked your ticket, you don't win anything for nothing.

There are thing you could do but most of the time it's pointless. Report the email to their ISP, either by sending it via abuse@ address or Report_spam@ address.

If they have a website you could get it closed down.

The best thing you could do is no to reply, never give personal information away. These people are dangerous and do have contact in most countries round the world. They are not scared to kidnap, murder, torture, etc.
