Neither.
PF Chang: overpriced, mediocre, Americanized Chinese like food. Another American low value, high status delight. Yuck. My corner take out offers more authentic, better tasting, healthier Chinese food at 1/3 the price. And a small, struggling, hard-working family makes their living from it. Not a multi-national corporation with a CEO that makes more money than god.
Ruby Tuesday: Just another take on catchy names and mediocre food. You could take the food from TGIFridays, Chili's, or Applebees and it would be hard to tell any difference in taste or quality.
Can you tell I don't like chains?

I don't have a PF Chang's near me, nor have I ever eaten there, but I have to say it has to be better than Ruby Tuesday. I can't find anything I like on the menu anymore at Ruby Tuesday.

I'd rather seek out a local restaurant, especially diners. They are so much better than the chains. You are truly supporting the local economy when you go to community-owned businesses.
