NO, eat your lunch. There are too many sources that people dont have to be homeless. Either they dont want to work, or they dont want to work. McDonald's can at least keep a cell phone in your pocket. If they really were begging, they would be on a interview or in a shelter asking how they can better themselves. Man, I dont like seeing homeless folks!!
Go eat some lunch with that $5 or help a friend that you see is trying to better themselves.

It all depends on what he's planning to do with the $5.
If he's going to buy a meal
or something along those lines;
give it to him. Good deeds receive
substantial rewards.
On the other hand, if he's merely planning on buying booze or scoring drugs with that $5, then keep it. There's no need to contribute to his bad habits and become an enabler. Bad deeds
receive substantial woes.

If you wanna help the homeless man buy him lunch. Your 5 dollars will just go to crank if you give it to him .

I used to give money to homeless untill I seen the same guy everyday in the same spot with the same sign. Thats just plain "mooching" . If he can get up everyday and go to the same corner and stand there all day , he can go to work every day
If all you have is $5 then you cant afford to feed someone else.save it for yourself

U gotta think y the guyz on the street. Drugs? Drink?? If he looks like hes an addict in any sorta way or smells like beer or watever, dnt waste ur time. he's probz just spend it on useless things. But if he looks normal and doesnt smell like beer, u shud, 2 help him out :)

buy lunch for both of you. give him a sandwich or something cus he may only spend the money on drugs rather than food. he may not, but it happens. so get him food so he has no choice but to eat it. but get urself food too!
