Read the flight magazines in the pocket in front of you. Take a good book to read. Talk to the people around you if they want to talk back. Sleep. Get a window seat so you can see the ground or look at the clouds. Draw. Use your imagination

Think ? Read in flight magazines ? Eat the plastic food they serve ? Find someone nice to join the "Mile High Club" with ?
Assuming you're not already ON the plane, stop at newsagent in airport and BUY something to read on plane ?

Enjoy the view, buy a book/magazine, write a letter/poem/short story/book, enjoy the down-time, bug your seat mate.

ask the steward to give me more peanuts, water, juice, blanket
till they offer you something good to read or turn on the in-flight entertainment.
But in Philippines (Cebu Pacific) they offer games when the airplane is in cruising speed (ok to walk around)
you can win t-shirts, cards, caps, mugs, etc. what I really want is when they will raffle the stewardess.

Go old school and crack open a book. It has a simple interface but can be hours of entertainment.
