Most sites do not have RAR files, in fact most actively discourage it.
Isohunt tends to be OK.
Just remember it's illegal to download a movie you don't already own on DVD, so no stealing now !!!!! ;)

not really a lot of torrents come as a rar file to keep the file size down. especially games and programs but just download winrar its free, it just asks u to buy it when u run it but click close lol and u can use it :D
