ok well im selling aftershaves an perfumes that smell exactly like well known brands such as jean paul gaultier and joop joop ck1 the names not the same and its in different bottles like jean paul is called g & piere is this goin to land me in trouble with trading standards?

Your question is somewhat vague and badly written
(punctuation is a good thing; use it!).

Regardless, if I understood you, correctly, you are attempting to sell a product that has a similar name and scent. This definitely can get you into trouble, but most brand name manufacturers target the black market and "knock-off" producers, not the little guy. You should also keep in mind that many "knock-offs" are made from inferior, and, sometimes, even dangerous, materials.

Besides, many dollar stores carry "knock-offs" (legit or otherwise), so you'd be hard-pressed to sell your wares at a presumed higher price.

Since you seem to have doubts,
why would you even consider doing selling them?
