I have Precious Moments dolls, some probably discontinued and should be worth more that what was paid. They are in the original boxes with the papers they came with. They have porcelain hands, feet, and faces, and most are approximately 12+" tall.

One general way is to compare each piece to ones you might see up for auction on ebay and then write the average of the piece down to see what people are currently willing to pay for it. Then total all of the pieces together to get a general value for your collection.
For instance if you have a first edition Summertime Sunshine piece look on ebay in the right catagory and then type in the words Summertime Sunshine and it will pull up all for sale and say one is almost over and is going for $55 and there are two more that have a couple of days left going for $37 then figure that the value is probably about $45 to $65. Go with the higher figure and do each piece.

If you go on ebay, type in the make of your dolls for a search, and review how much they are being sold for, that might give you an idea. Or, there are tons of websites that can tell you as well. Just a do an online search of your make/brand/name of dolls. Or prob the easiest, go to the local book store, look it up and write it down, there is no rule that says, if you touch the book, you buy the book! Just don't tear out any pages!!

Go on Ebay and do a search on each one. Use the "completed items" feature on the left side of the page. Then you will see what each one sold for.
