It has a lot of folds but there are no big tears. There is a purple ink spot in the uper left hand corner and one mm size tear on the side and top. The seal is green and not red.

With the ink spot the currency is in low grade, if it was in grade fine it would sell for $6, they are not that rare so with the spot and low grade you may have trouble selling it at this time, best bet wait a few years.

If you are quick, you can go to 7-11 and get $2.00 worth of mdse for it. All the damage makes i rather worthless to collectors as there are millions of $2 bills out there. I purchased 1000 of them to use as I go across country...I want to leave a trail from coast to coast.
