Alright, my young genius of a cousin (9 yrs old) called my brother "vagina" and yes, he knows what he means but anyway, that aside, my brother tells him that its a bad word. Prove him (my brother) wrong. People, start answering!!!

Well if you call someone that, your using it in a bad way. So yes.
Calling a part of the body something that is really that part. It's not bad.

its only a bad word because people use women's body parts as a derogatorry sort of insult. Like vagina or calling a wimp a pussy or the c word lest we forget i do not think it is appropriate for a 9 year old boy to be talking that way, whether its a good word or a bad word, the word vagina shoud have no place in his mouth.

It's not really a bad word. But it is highly unproper to use in public. Most people dont want to hear people getting called a vagina. Also that word should only be used in the private cuz a lot of people might feel uncomfortable when hearing that word.
BTW I love that word. It feels good and it gave me life! so it cant be a bad word! it just cant! just a little inappropate

It's not 'bad'. But the way he used it is inappropriate.
"Inappropriate" is a big concept to grasp, but if he's old enough to say "vagina" , then he's old enough to understand why he should use certain words in the proper context.
Still, I suppose it's better than calling his friend a "pu$$y".
