Thompson's staff lost another professional because his wife is interfering with the operation of the campaign. Perhaps Rove is available. Apparently he did not want to stick around to see this administration go down the toilet. It just more quality everywhere you look. How did we ever let this happen?

I have to say that the GOP is fielding the worst group of losers I have ever seen in the last 30 years of watching elections.
what are they thinking? Isn't there one decent person in their ranks? They have McCain who is borderline insane, Giuliani who is so shady and shallow you wonder why he isn't selling used cars in the Bronx, you have Ron Paul, the re-incarnated Ross Perot, and a freakin Mormon (a religion that makes Islam seem quite reasonable in comparison).
I just gotta shake my head here....

I didn't vote for Bush. It isn't my fault. It isn't all that unusual for people to leave lame duck administrations early and doesn't really signal anything.
