Black body is composed of atoms which are able to absorb all the radiation received.By the same token it can also radiate back all the absorded raditation.
Materials which are black fall into that category.
Material which are 100% white do not act as black bodies but reflect the radiation received.

Which ever object we see, we see it in a color that can be blue , bleck , yellow , red ,orange etc. so these color are seen by us because the object absorbs all the light except the color which it displayes. So, due to this we see an object coloured. So by this property only the black body absorbs all the light and reflects nothing due to which it seems to be black.

because it doesn't reflect light, light creates heat and heat is not attracted, but not reflected by black stuff.
