I need to find the contact person to whom I need to send a very strong complaint at Mc Donald’s. It’s in Boca Raton, Fl
My son’s B-day was a disaster.
I do not recommend having your Childs B-day at that particular location.
It was a horror!

The kids had fun, with the adults, they neglected them, even if I was paying for the food, they brought everything late, the burgers alone, after they where stuffed, the remembered the fries, and the drinks, what drinks?, the nuggets never got there. They booked 4 parties at the same time, so they Literally kicked us out, singing happy b-day, I had to give out the party favors, and my kids never got their ice cream.

(If you take this route, address it to James Skinner, CEO)
3: Visit www.mcdonalds.com, click on USA and then click on contact McDonald's to send them an e-mail.

I am so sorry that your son's birthday did not turn out well.
As far as I know the Mcdonald's are franchised. So there would be an owner and manager of that particular one. However they are still under rules by the corporate office. I would go straight to the top and complain on the corporate level.
I hope you get some satisfaction from them on this.

Go to their cooperate website. they must have a number that you can call. I don't recommend e-mail. they may not get back to you.

Shame of them, they need to be investigated right away, their main goal is to be to please the customer.
