It's unlikely you will be hired by any company because of your age and if you do it's illegal anyway (and you would be exploited).
The best thing to do is ask neighbours and friends parents if there are any chores they want done like sweeping leaves, painting fences, walking dogs etc
Explain to them you are trying to save for rollerblades, many people will pay you for doing their chores.
Make sure to let your parents know where you are going and give them the address and phone numbers. Do not do chores for anyone you don't know because at your age it's dangerous and there are a lot of bad people about.
You can also take your old clothes and toys to a car boot sale / garage sale and sell them.
