I don't know who will do this. But I can tell you that the shrinkage will probably be too much to enable you to wear it again comfortably, unless it is already too large! I know because about 25 years ago I had a wool jacket dyed black and had to throw it away.

Sorry, but I think you're going to be disappointed. Dyeing any fabric means getting it wet - and woollen suits shrink. I once washed my partner's woollen 'dry clean only' trousers; it's a good thing they were quite old as they shrunk so much he couldn't even get them on!
