Hi Sylvia. I have had a busy morning. Went for a haircut, then a bite of lunch. Back home now, doin some studying. Like you I couldn't resist a peek at my emails. Esp. when i seen you had asked a question. Curiosity gets the better of me everytime. Never forget the time i stuck my finger in a light socket, just to see what would happen. Then again i am a man.
I hope i never see that button, that say's DO NOT PRESS.

Well, I was very busy over the last couple of days. A new addition to the family was delivered safe and sound....but during the time Y/A was never far from my mind. It's a real joke.

No I'm not busy, just back from the hairdressers where I had my hair cut, no its not short but I had almost 7 ins whacked off, left it just passed my shoulders. Going off to my mums tonight, where I will get a lecture yet again about women of my age with long hair. lol.

Ha! I did my housecleaning yesterday because some inconsiderate questioner made me feel GUILTY about it!
So today I can relax---well, for just as long as my youngest daughter stays in bed (her last day off work). Because once she is awake she is going to expect me to go grocery shopping with her!
Edit...four hours later. I TOLD you she'd drag me out shopping! What a trip...my middle grandson was standing right behind me, and I didn't know it--when I stepped back from the meat counter I stepped on him. I was off balance and trying to catch myself with my "bad" leg and stepped on him again (he moved in the same direction as I went, trying to get away from me). There was nowhere left for my feet to go and I was already off balance and falling backwards, when my daughter caught me and hauled me upwards! She's not SUPPOSED to be lifting anything near my weight because of her heart condition, but she managed to prevent a nasty fall. I think I would have broken my hip if I'd kept on falling.
So after that we finished off the shopping and had to haul it all home again in the hot sun (up to 29C today, but not really humid).
But I am knackered as you Brits so quaintly put it, and I am going to have a nap as soon as I finish updating myself here on YA.

Morning/afternoon, Sylvia. I'm about. About to what, you ask? I'm making the dreaded trek into town today. I'm such a hermit. All I need to do is grow a beard and get a walking stick and I could be classic. Wait. I have the stick...

I'm busy on other parts of YA, but just popped in to see what is happening. So many replies to my last question, it took a while to read them all. as usual plenty of good advice.
