fine dining in panama city FL?

I am getting married in Panama City FL, unfortunately I live in Indiana and it makes the wedding planning a little difficult. Does anyone know of a really good restaurant in Panama City for my reception?

Captain Anderson's is a local favorite for steak and seafood. Firefly is recommended for the gourmet type food. Kingfish at Bay Point Resort is excellent with a more casual atmosphere. 30 Degree Blue- also at Bay Point is somewhat casual again but more towards the fine dining side. Good Luck!
