Do you have a side to you that your partner would be surprised, appalled or embarrassed about you, if he saw you with your friends or workmates?

I do...my partner loves how serious and in control of things I am....but I have this side that I show at work sometimes thats really silly and not so in control....I am not to sure how he would feel about it.

I don't have a side that my partner would be surprised, appalled, or embarrassed about. However, I am different around others than I am around him. He knows it though. I am a shy person, and he is the only person I truly open up to and be myself around.

Totally different. At work I am a manager and have people reporting to me - dealing with issues , solving problems etc. I am assertive , manage large groups of people and can get really tough.
At home I am a mom and wife - so a lot softer and 'motherly' Prefer to let my hubbie make the decisions ( obviously we discuss them first) etc
I am passionate about my job and can get really fired up on occassions. If my hubbie saw me in action in a firey meeting at work I think he would be totally shocked.
Once at home I received a call from an employee who I had serious issues with and was in the process of disciplining and had a really tough conversation with him. At one point I looked around and hubbie and daughter were both looking at me with their mouths hanging open!!

I definitely do the different me from classmates and lover.I do a cool and serious way to my classmates because I always handle the things by myself.I guess this reason make me serious to my classmates.I am always afraid that he see the side of me when I am with my classmates in class,You can consider why you be that and figure out the reasons for it.Then,the best way I did is trying to tell him naturally.But you need to think about it clearly.Hope you can save it.

Yes I am so different. I have to be. Not like I'm being fake. But when I'm with the girls I am a wild one! At work, extremely serious and professional. And with my mate, I joke, play have fun, have serious and intelligent conversation. And turn the sexy factor up way high. But I have most fun with the girls.

i think i am a little romantic with my partner whereas with my workmates i put up a lprofessional front.......it is obviously necessary.....if my partner saw me with my work mates he would be surprised at the distance i can maintain with my people.....and also my workmates would be surprised to c my gooey side.......

This is more common with guys I think... Theres just some things that I cant really talk about with my guy friends that I can talk about with my girl friend. It's not that I'm not being myself it's just that I can be more my self in a certain aspect with my girlfriend, and then I can be more myself in another aspect with my friends.
My girlfriend hangs out with me and my friends alot so she knows me better then all my friends because she knows all aspects of me. where as most of my friends only know the 1 aspect of me.
