Oops. Yes, I meant to say 700+ hp Supra, but he also owns a Dodge Viper.

My fault...relax bro!

..and IF people are responsible for their own actions as a few of you have pointed out, then the Marine is responsible for HIMSELF! Boygreek: I would assume if the passenger felt uneasy with the situation, he wouldv'e removed himself from the car. I have done so myself when my friend raced a 3000GT VR4 for 5 grand. I knew with money involved, sh*t was going to get crazy, so I got out! I don't like how the media is blaming everything on Hogan. The passenger made his own choice!

- His parents for getting a 17 year old a sports car. Nick also wrecked a Viper in the past too. Its not his first wreck in a car he has no business driving.
- Him for being a typical 17 year old and doing something that he is old enough to know is stupid.

- The other guy in the car really has no control. He can ask him to stop but he cant really physically stop him because that would probably also lead to an accident. His only other choice was to get out of the car which would have been the best.

Of course Nick the driver is to blame, but, what about Hulk? it is said that this kid has numerous charges against him for speeding, he is only 17 why didnt his PARENTS, take his keys? He is under 18 and his PARENTS are still responsible for him until he is 18, so maybe his PARENTS should be getting in just as much trouble as him!! But like any other accident that happens, he will get off scott free and not have to do anything but, probation or community service....just like the rest of the "rich and entitled" we have been seeing recently! Man its amazing if that was anyone else, we would have all kinds of things happen to us fines and anything and everything else they would stick to us....

He is solemnly guilty, he was the one driving. However if his parents didn't spoil him so much, he would take care of his things better. Like when he crashed his drag racing car his parents got him a new one ASAP. When all the other drag racers have to work hard to get it. Also, the Marine should have yelled at him to stop speeding, and then whooped his a**.

Nick Hogan himself. Everybody is responsible for their own actions.

Nick himself is to blame.
The lack of "driving" maturity is a major cause of hispeed accidents.
You males will not think and push their vehicles to the limits and can not handle the excess power.
