One of my friends was telling me about a reputable reiki master who has apparently has success in helping women with Pcos, i want to hear from you all if you have used reiki to help with Pcos or if you are a reiki master, if you think it helps to use this form of therapy. I have never been to a Reiki master before and although i believe in spiritual healing i know very little about it. I understand ofcourse that nutrition helps eg: cutting out simple carbs and ofcourse the Dr has told me about my insulin levels being too high. I just need a bit of insight from you all as this is all very new to me and i'm trying to improve my health by eating better and stressing less but i'm not sure if it's worth going to a reiki unless they can truly help with Pcos.

I've never tried it but I've spoke with a few women who have. All have said they didn't really notice any signifigant improvement.
