Spring water and treated tap water are both good. Well water you need to test first - it is often very mineral rich and too alkaline and hard for most fish, but other then that it would be perfectly safe. Distilled water is not good - it's missing important nutrients and minerals important to tank stability and the fishes long term health.
Most important is that this water is put into a properly filtered and heated tank for your Betta.

I had a beta and i used tap water and he was perfectly fine. But you always have to remember to keep a little of the old water in with the clean or else you could kill your fish. It keeps some of the bacteria in the water and the fish needs that or it will shock the fish.

The spring water will be fine as long as it's purified and doesn't have any minerals that can harm your fish. Just make sure it's at room temp before you use it.

Regular tap water will do, make sure you remove the chlorine either by using a dechlorinator which you can get at the store or by leaving the water out for 24 hours.

Any water will be fine, as long as you condition the water before putting it in
Even if you let the water sit out for 24 hours, you still need to condition it.
Hope that helps
good luck
