A hot bath is a good idea. Grab a fiction read to take your mind off of [whatever]. A single glass of wine may also help.
Of course, sex helps EVERYTHING.

* Get a fresh warm bath - preferably with bathing liquid rather than a soap
* Have a cup of warm milk or coffee
* If necessary keep the feet in a tub of warm water for few minutes to stimulate the blood flow which will relax
* Make slight exercises to relax the muscles
* Sit comfortably with head rest with a soft music
* Meditate for few minutes to relax mind and body
* If its the time for sleep - go to bed

how??? here's how ... first you have to keep your mind off work... listen to music.. for paly some video games of party out with friends... thats how people relaxed after work... and always put to mind that never bring your work at home... when u leave the office ... make sure that evrything is left there..
