( Afghanistan that is )I do not understand why the fantastic Americans have not Napalmed the poppy fields, as they are there any way, the money from the drugs fund the Taliban so even if there are a few collateral casualties which the Yank always have any way then just do it, there is a bloody war on and people get hurt in wars on both sides even the innocent ones.

Not the answer I'm afraid, many are doing it because they haven't found any other source of making money, perhaps what should happen is getting the governments together and seeing if there is another way these lands can be used that is sustainable and will be a viable alternative to the use of making narcotic substances.
