In my opinion, the color of peace is a black man and his white wife having a conversation with a brown man and his Asian wife and they are both looking at the cute couple who are sitting near them the Native American man with Russian wife. When all cultures and all people react to others around them in a peaceful serene way, that is the true color of peace.

White. Not sure if it varies with culture because as far as i know, everyone accepts the symbol of white flag or white dove as symbolising peace. So white, yeah.

Dear Hyder***

the color White symbolises * Peace (in war situations)
white in marraige * Purity/virgin

and it definately does not change in our cultures. I live in S. Africa and white is definately PEACE in all cultures.
