Yes, the Ku Klux Klan is a legal group. They are protected by freedom of association & freedom of speech.

The Klans right to had out fliers is absolute. The 1st Amendment is interpreted more or less literally depending on the 'type' of speech - but political speech is the most protected of all. Richard

The KKK is as legal as any other group in the U.S. You cannot defeat ones freedom of speach.

I have nothing against the people who hate the KKK but I must ask..... are they as mad about the rap music that spews racist lyrics at whites?

Creating such groups are considered to be legal according to the first amendment. They wouldn't be caught for what they are but what they do.

they have the freedom to exist if thats what you mean. But I highly doubt they get government funding...anymore
