I thought they were both the good guy... In which case why would they be fighting?
Given that James Bond is widely travelled and versed in many forms of self defence, I give him a better chance of winning that Jack, though he does have youth on his side... this is if they were to get in a fight.

James Bond easily because he has the guns and the gadgets. He also has the allies to team up against Bond. Who would win against Jason Bourne & James Bond though ?
