A spot, black or not, stands out in the Background. A black hole is dark;that means it reflects no light. Therefore ,we cannot see a black hole since its not a source of light.

a black spot is a small dot that is just nothing but just a black colored spot
a black hole is a vacuum cleaner present in the space which sucks every thing which comes near it

a black spot can be any where
but a black hole is only in the space

A black hole you will not.
