In fact I wouldnt say it was even 10 minutes to walk.
It is a straight road - about 800metres

There's not too many official London Taxi's about around midnight (be wary and avoid the unofficial Minicabs that may ask for your business)
There should be a few Buses around for this short journey, or a late Tube, the Circle/Hammmersmith & City from Euston Square station isn't as deep as the Northern/Victoria line, that may be quickest
