What advert were the quotes "I can see a puffin" and "I'm doin it! I'm doing it now!" from? The quotes were exclaimed in a broad Welsh accent.
I think it was a radio advert aired in the UK. Can't remember the company or product though!

Hardy Boat Tours in Maine (US) uses a similar slug line for their boat cruises to the Puffin habitat. But I have seen "No Puffin" signs near bird habitats as an anti-smoking campaign in the UK/Ireland. Perhaps that's what you're thinking of. There may have been an audio campaign to accompany the print ads I saw.

I believe BMW used both slogans in adverts which ran around January and February of this year.
