and i am 12 years old.in the 7th grade?do i need to lose weight?if yes how can i do so? what excersizes or diet???what can i do??i dont want to look really thin but about average

i dont excersize or such. i dont want to visit any dietist or any doctor cause i cant tell this to my mom. she will say that i shud not worry abt this at this age. but i want to lose weight

You don't need to go to a nutritionist. You could avoid all white stuff (sugar, flour, rice & fast foods), drink lots of water, eat a healthy nutritious diet (organic when you can). I would start an exercise program, swimming, dancing, walking something you want to do every day & slowly you will melt away your fat. You don't sound overweight to me but maybe you would like to tone up some.... :)
