No, it's not legal. It's been decriminalized (ie- they'll just fine you and take your weed away). It's just not worth throwing someone in jail for such a rediculous offense. That and, depending on where you live, people either grow it in their yards/house plants or you can't walk 3 blocks without smelling it.

No, pot is NOT legal. It has just been made a non-criminal offense to have a very small amount. No one wants to clog up the police and court systems because someone was caught with a doob.

not legal per se, but decriminalized. you can be ticketed, but not jailed (unless you refuse to pay your tickets).
