I have also come across the website and the reference is given below.

"There is also a Sheetla Devi Temple in Chennai (India)

The temple has been set up by Mr.Raghavan. The Goddess appeared in his dreams and asked him to set up a Temple for her at Madipakkam in Chennai. The temple is being set up since three years, and all the functions pertaining to Sheethala Devi Mata are being performed every year. "

Madipakkam is a small area in Chennai and you can easily find out the temple. Please try.

There is one Seetla maa temple in Virugampakkam on the Arcot Road itself and you can find and go. Secondly Seetala Devi is called as Mariamman in Tamilnadu. You will find many mariamman emples in Chennai. Almost in each eare there will be a Mariamman Temple. You can find. -
