Who do you get your email service from? like comcast, etc.?
Be careful if you set up Outlook express on someone else's computer so that your email doesn't actually download onto that computer - otherwise, they could possibly read it. Just be sure to read the options while setting it up so that it doesn't download. Better to use webmail if your service provider offers it.

This would be the worst way to attack a simple issue. Firstly, the other computer would have to be the same ISP account and that's unlikely. Even if it was, you would have to create an Outlook account on another person's machine. Then they could download all your mail.
The simple solution: Go to your ISP's home page, look for WebMail and log on using your user name and password. You can do this on any computer anywhere in the world. The emails stay on the server so your love letters will be safe.
Second solution and the one I use: get a Google Gmail account. No ads, very fast and way to go.

You don't - unless your ISP offers webmail.
