Will the players play against international teams or only among themselves? Also will the matches be categorised as international matches or first class matches?

ICL say that they Will make 6 teams with all the players signed
2 foreign international stars
2 Indian international stars
and rest others

The ICL players will make several teams based on states and will play against each other in 20-20 matches.

They form seperate teams and play each other team and not against any International Teams.
These matches will not be considered as International Matches.

It is like a league. ICL will divide them into 6 teams. Each team will play against each other.
