Not from earth, but those astronauts who have been to the moon have seen it. No monsters reported.

There is no "the" dark side of the Moon; every part of the Moon receives sunlight at some time (hence the phases of the Moon). If you mean the far side of the Moon, the side that always faces away from the Earth due to tidal lock, then only the astronauts that have orbited the Moon have seen it. Probes have brought back photos as well to complete the lunar map that you can see at NASA's website.

Huh... actually we finally did get to see the dark side of the moon after Apollo 8 in the Holiday season of 1968 - a few month before Apollo 11.

Several of the Apollo missions circled the moon, so --YES--at least some men have seen the dark side of the moon.

You mean apart from all the Apollo astronauts and all the NASA pictures ?
Unless, of course, you are referring to Pink Floyd's magnum opus, which I've seen them play several times over the years.

When there is full total lunar eclipse, we see it from here, too beside several astronauts who have seen it from space.
