I won't be able to see the eclipse. I'm in Iraq right now (for the next five days), and it's 3PM over here. So now I'm just answering questions, and I'm doing a crossover role-play with a friend of mine who's also here in Iraq. A pretty chill afternoon after a very bad morning.

mmm, looking for "blood red" got mud brown, the upside is looks exactly like the 70's shot of an eclipse in the school atlas - that alone was worth traipsing outside half a dozen times !

I watched it too. Thought it was awesome but a little creepy too. The moon is not supposed to look that color!
