Would this work?!?
technically speaking. If someone did not eat breakfast or lunch and then only eat 200 calories for dinner. While continuing with normal activity throughout the day, would someone lose weight? technically speaking ..

No you would not....Your body needs to have calories to burn and if you are starving your body it will retain every calorie, fat, carbohydrate etc that you eventually put in,hence you will not lose weight ! The best thing to do is eat 3 times a day,cut back on carbs(dont eliminate) and leave 5 hrs between each meal (no snacking) your body will start to burn fat naturally about 4 hrs after a meal.....so you need to EAT 3 times a day and you will start to see results in the first week!! email me for more info if you need it.. This way you will keep your muscle and burn fat..

Yes its called starvation, if you want to loose weight then get some slimfast shakes for breakfast and lunch then eat a good dinner and you will loose weight that way. Plus the shakes will give you vitamins and minerals that you are missing when you dont eat. Your likely to run down your body have no energy and probably pass out.

You'd lose a lot but you'd be starving and doubt you'd be able to continue with it for more than a day or so - average intake is usually between 1,500 and 2,000 calories per day. Also, it's dangerous to do this, especially if you're a kid...eat sensibly with smaller portions than normal, exercise and you'll lose weight if you're overweight

A ridiculously very, very low calorie count...the program described would do the body harm in the long-term, though as a "crash" - for a day or two - could quickly drop a minimal amount for - let's at - a weigh-in for boxing/wrestlimg, where the athlete could eat afterwards and gain it back before the competition.

DONT do that....

Technically speaking you may lose weight but you will fall ill many many times.
You need at least 6 meals a day (minimum 3) that are healthy and balanced. Trying to take only one meal will really mess up your health

You would lose 1 pound for every 2000 calories that you cut out. Don't do this. It's dangerous to lose weight that fast.

Your question actually is "How much would you lose in a week of eating like this?"

the answer is "You would lose your mental capacity" because your brain will be adversly affected by lack of nutrients it will start to lose its ability to regulate other bodily functions which in turn will affect your brian function.

DO NOT starve yourself - that is NOT a way to lose weight.

you would loose weight alright, but water weight first, muscle mass next. best to eat earlier in the day, include a yogurt for am meal, the don't eat in the evening. you will get the same results, but healthier.

I really don't think you would lose any weight because your body hadn't got it boost to start your day and it wouldn't want to burn anything that you had left in your body.I've heard that if you eat six to eight small meals that you lose weight fast then if you starved yourself

Technically speaking, they would probably starve to death. Find a healthier way to loose weight.
