It's sad to see people's lack of concern for others. It happened to some teenagers, but even their mothers are afraid for fear that it would cause scandal in their family.
I really find it alarming, why older men getting sexually involved with very young people (not necessarilly all older men just a few) . A friend ones told me, something is wrong with the brains of that old fellow, there he got life imprisonment, only one was sentence to die in lethal injection. Well, as for me, I would find time to talk with the young girl. Make a research on her family background.
I will ask her what exactly did she needs . Did her parents know what happened to her? Ask police or authorities to get or catch the culprit. But before doing that, I think it would be proper to inform the parents of the kids first, what their reactions would be to the situation, maybe they will decide what is best. There are so many incidents where in the culprits were able to escape leaving behind the poor victims crying, asking for help and support were others condemn them. Maybe, adults needs to be educated on how to respect the rights of helpless, young women.....

I would try to see if I could help the person and I would've been loud enough to attract attention, hopfully enough attention to make the assaulters stop and leave the girl alone.
What I personally would have done is: stand A good distance away and ask them what they were doing? Ask the people
around why they weren't helping the girl out?

Yes, it is A very nice person that helps in that way : )

Of course you did the right thing. Many times people will watch something and not take any action. I do not know if it is a lack of concern. Often people will watch a fire and not call the fire department, may be they think someone else has called. Other people do not want to get involved, which is not a good sign for our society.

if i felt that there was a chance that between both me and the girl being assulated, that we could have our way with the perpetrator,i would definately help out. Honestly, people are just not like used to be and crimes are not like they used to be. People are more crazy and insane, therfore, u have to watch your own back as well, but u did the right thing

I would lay a savage beating on that sick asshole, and I would never feel a moments remorse, when people who abuse women make it to the criminal justice system only to be freed to commit their heinous acts again, the system has failed... Even if I beat the guy to death, I would congratulate myself with a beer... or two...
