I heard someone say that we can't watch it..
I dont really remember how it is.. are we actually allowed to see it
cause I hear some people dont see it because it may hurts your eyes or something.
Is there any ways you guys can tell me?

solar eclipse is dangerous to look at, but this is a lunar eclipse - completely safe.

I am not sure if there is an eclipse in the Philippines tonight, but there was an eclipse in New Zealand, 9.30 - 10.00 NZ time. What you heard about the eclipse causing eye problem, depends on what type of eclipse, Solar or Luna? But there is the problem of Cosmic Radiation, cancer!!! But then again I'm assuming that part.
