How often should I check my credit score. Does it change at the same time every month or just as info comes in??

it changes as information is fed in to the system it can be changed anytime. whenever you make a transaction on credit the information will update the following day so if you make three transactions a month that effect your credit the information will change three times. the payment history will update automatically every 28 days

as you have to pay to get your score I wouldnt do it every month. maybe every 6 months. if you are trying to inprove your score by paying the debts off you can see on your report you can see this. you may get a email telling you it has changed.
I know you get a email telling you that someone has tried to apply for check in your name - even if you have applied.
