Earier onight the moon was at three quarter phase, now it is almost full again , but reddish . Only the moon, Why?

The moon has been full all night, it's just going through a lunar eclipse (passing through the Earth's shadow). The reddish color comes from sunlight passing around the Earth's atmoshpere.

Lunar eclipse you got to see most of it. It will come out by now and go back to being white by another hour.
