Try washing the clothes as usual, then give it one more rinse with one cup of white vinegar. This works on most any odor you may have in your laundry. Vinegar smell goes away when it is dry.

Pour a few cups of white distilled vinegar in the machine and wash the clothes in hot water. Then run a normal cycle with detergent. This has worked for me everytime! I got this tip from my grandmother, hope it helps! Also try putting detergent or stain remover directly on the spot not long after she spits up so it doesnt have a chance to sink in the fabric

Soak her clothes in the wash tub with regular detergent and put 1/2 of baking soda in the wash water as well. Baking soda is a terrific deodorizer and it helps remove stains... I would also mabye give the clothes a spritz of SHOUT or some other stain remover... That should take out the smell. I use baking soda in all my wash loads it make the clothes nice and soft without any dyes or perfumes. Plus it's super cheap for 12 lbs under $5.... Good luck

I have found the best thing ever for cleaning. It's called "Holy Cow", it's bright pink and can get it at Wlamart. It's safe to use on just about any surface, the plus is it's organic and natural. You can also put it in the laundry, wonderful stain remover and works better than bleach for whites. I have a three year old and all of the mystery stains on her clothes come out and they smell clean. Go to "holycowproducts.com". This stuff is great. Also my husband is a cook and he comes home with his shirts covered in grease and food stains and it gets those stains out. Good luck.
