If it's the 34th day of your cycle then the breasts could be hurting because your period is coming soon. But for bleeding that is 34 days in length this needs to be evaluated by a doctor to see what they think is going on. Sometimes an infection can cause this.

You need to be more specific. Are you saying that you've had your period for 34 days or are you saying it's the 34th day of your menstrual cycle? Either one sounds wrong because the normal cycle is between 28-30 days which means your period starts again on the 28th-30th day after the one before. Painful breasts are normal before your period.
Have you had a pregnancy test? If after 34 days you have not had a period and have had sexual intercourse, I wd recommend a pregnancy test.
If on the other hand you have not had intercourse and are late, see your doc. It could be normal but it's worth getting checked out.

Not sure what your asking, the question is a bit hard to follow. But if you mean it's been 34 days since your last period, AND your breast are pain full, better take a pregnancy test.........or if you have a period lasting 34 days and having breast pain, go see a doctor, specifically an og/gyn you could have a serious problem! good luck
