I think Condeleza.Bush isn't smart enough to run.He's being shielded from any protest and is still surrounded by yes men and hawks.
Bush is a megalomaniac eager for a place in History who got played by experienced politicians with a PNAC agenda.As long as Cheney is there Bush will not leave.
