Without question.

And do not say 'Granted...' because it was his administration that ignored it's own experts who were trying to send warnings. (Yes, detractors are partially right: Clinton didn't do enough either. But at least he did something and proposed more. W did nothing. Condi, Rummy and Cheney all ignored Clark and the others)

There has been nearly a monthly scandal: 9/11, the entire ongoing fiasco with Iraq, New Orleans, the desecration of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, the insane tax cuts, the unprecedented debt, the growth of the federal government, Abu Garev, Gitmo, secret rendering and torture, Alberto Gonzo, the lunacy of the drug bill, the constant lies on all fronts, Scooter Libby, Cheney saying he isn't part of the Executive, the secrecy despite laws to the contrary, Wolfowitz at the World bank, John Bolton at the UN and these are just the first batch I could think of in the 20 second that it took to type it.

The mess that W has made will take at least two generations for USA to overcome - if it can. Heck, the pictures that circulated in the Muslim world from Abu Garev were enough by themselves, let alone eveything else.

When I first started traveling the world (20 years ago)Americans were respected, now in different places I go Americans are public enemy number 1. Seen as occupiers and prepared to lie to get what they want.

Europe used to be about keeping Germany weak, Russia out and America in. Now its get the Americans out, bring the Russians in and build a strong Germany.

If that was the intention of Bush then he has done exceptionally well.

Personally I like americans but the torturing of prisoners, the imprissonment of people without charges and the lies told to the world has created a popularism towards being anti-American. Not to mention the human rights abuses or the fact the world sees America as the worlds geatest threat to peace.

Sad really.

I cannot think of anything good that is happened in foreign affairs.

Is already responsible for 100 times the deaths caused by Saddam. Nealy all of the Middle East hates America. Nearly all of Europe hates America. He has worsened the relationship with Cuba which I did not think even possible. He kidnapped a Canadian from JFK airport and send him to an axis of evil country (Seria) for torture and interrogation. He kidnapped an Italian under Italian surveillance and sent them for torture and interrogation in Arabia.

I would say it is safe to say he is the worst ever and I would bet he holds his title for a long long time.

Bush and company set a new high in lowness for both foreign and domestic policy. He was the hand picked choice of the religious right wing and was rubber stamped by an ignorant electorate.

He was a disaster as governor of Texas and perfected that art at national expense.

Considering foreign affairs the worst presidency would be a toss up between Madison and Kennedy.

Madison took a Navy of 100 ships and declared war on England with a Navy of 10,000 ships.

The British promptly took over Washington and burned down his house. The only US victory in that war happened in New Orleans after a peace treaty was signed.

Kennedy was irresponsible enough to brazenly install listening devices in Turkey deliberately irritating the Soviets. He made such a weak showing of himself with Krushchev in Moscow, while in a drug induced stupor, that the Soviet Premier deployed nuclear missiles to Cuba with impunity. It damned near incinerated the planet. The world has never been closer to extinction.

Absolutely, and not just in the area of foreign affairs but many areas abroad also.

I didn't vote for him but it's almost like having a child in the office in that the founding fathers purposely took precautions to prevent any President of the U.S. in having too much power, however, Bush has given himself power and control that would make our forefathers turn over in their graves.

Worst of all, his decision-making ability is poor at best but he never was a great student in school or college just like his daughers.

Yes and I'm convinced any other President would have done a better job even considering 9/11

No, not even close. The worst was Woodrow Wilson. We had absolutely no business getting involved in WW1. It was a European pissing contest in which we had nothing to gain or lose.

When you have Jimmy Carter to follow there is not foreign affair blunder that can look too bad. His genius in dealing with the Ayatollahs is what gave us the current Islamfascist problem. He gave away the Panama canal that is now run by the Chinese.

I could go on but Bush is far from the worst.
