How do i fly a kite?

I sometimes get it to a little high height and then it automatically comes down even when i try to get above!.Can someone help me?

Check whether kite is balanced or not. Check the direction of wind and fly kite in the direction of wind.

first there shld be an kite with us then there shld be an thread which is specially made to fly the kite....
Then we shld took both the thing in to an very free atmosphere where wind blow very high and try to fly it up high...
