For browsing and videos (watching not making) it'll be more than powerful enough provided the price is right.

This should work fine for your needs, I would give some thought to bumping up the RAM to 2GB. This will help Vista run smoothly as it is a resource hog.

As long as it's running Windows XP you're fine. It if has Vista on it... You might as well forget it, it will be horribly slow.

That it will run very hot and will be a power hog :)
