If your letter is on your computer (not on paper) and you have Win2000, XP or Vista there is a fax program on your computer. Go to Windows "help" and type in "Fax" it will give you instructions and tell you if your version of Windows supports fax. You usually write the letter in Word then "File, print, and select printer" and select the fax option. You can buy fax programs (Winfax is one) there may be free ones. Some of the recent versions of Word will give the option to scan and fax in the "File" dropdown. (if your letter is already on paper and you have a scanner attached to your comp)

There's this thing I know of called eFax. You have to pay for it and it lets you receive and send faxes with your email. If the site that I gave you doesn't take you to it, just type in eFax in Yahoo Search.
