75 litres is a small tank, so you should stick to small fish. Larger fish won't grow properly and will be inhibited in the space they have to move around and thrive.

If you prefer not to think, you can go by the old inch/gallon rule, but in truth this rule can lead to either bad stocking habits (too much fish, usually with large types) or inhibited stocking (room for more, usually with small, low waste fish). Common sense and research on individual species is the best way to do it. One 6 inch fish will produce more waste and need more room then 6 1" fish, and some fish are territorial and need more space, and some fish are fast, active swimmers and need more space, so these rule you're looking for just don't work.

Fish like Torpedo barbs and Rainbows can grow rather large if they're given the right home, and they do and look best in proper schools - none of this is possible if we cram them into such a small tank. On the other hand if you went with something that stayed small, like say, cherry barbs, then they would actually be able to thrive for good in your tank, and you can fit more in there.

you have about a 18 us gallon tank on your hands
And please forget the 1inch per gallon rule, is completely for nothing

you could put about 3-4 bottom dwellers like cory cats in there
you could put 1 male betta
6 neon tetras (they're schooling fish)
6 rasboras (also schooling fish)
3 platies (there are many kind of different colors)
6 danios (there are about 10 different colors you can choose from)

You could make even an all danio tank if you want with 4 different species like a zebra danio, longfinned danio, blue danio and also a rummy nose tetra is really cute including your cory's

hope that helps
Good luck

Depends on what kind of fish. Some fish need more space than others depending on body size/shape, swimming habits, schooling habits, stress sensitivity...
