William Henry Harrison was by far the best. Just thirty days after taking office, he dropped dead.

If more politicians would follow Harrison's example, this would be a better world.

I'm gonna say it was Washington.

He was so popular, he could have named himself King and gotten away with it.

Just by him stepping down and relinquishing power, was one of the corner stones of American democracy getting started.

FDR, he brought America out of the great depression. Whether you want to say it was because of his "New Deal" plans, or because he entered WWII, he brought America out of the depression.
